The Effects of Object Relationship Parent Training Group Counseling on Psychological Adaptation and Parents-children Relationship for Anxious Mother due to Children Relation

Abstract
A object relations group counseling program designed to improve mother-child relationship was constructed, and its efficacy was tested in a sample of 16 mothers with depression whose children have behavior problems. The results indicate that there exists positive changes in psychological adaptation measured in terms of mother-child relationship. It highlights the group counseling program designed based on the Object Relation theory allows mothers to have better empathic understanding and insight on children¡¯s behaviors and emotion, ultimately helping them to establish emotional stability.
